During 1998 and 1999, I did a lot of work to try to help others properly prepare for Y2K. One of my primary missions was to convince people that they did not have to worry about losing power. All of these pages are basically moot now, but at least I have the satisfaction of know that I was on the right track. I have left these pages here mainly for historical purposes, but also because I don't want to erase them after putting so much work into them.
